Program Objective
The Little Tiger Program is designed for children ages 4-5. During each class, we review basic martial arts movements, and we design activities to develop focus, self- control, coordination, and balance. We aim to create an encouraging atmosphere where your child can develop a positive attitude towards physical fitness, and burn off excess energy !
